Week 03: Creative Sparks and New Ideas

    3 min read

Welcome to Week 03 of the oneweek.dev Weekly Summary, a week shaped by exploration, new ideas, and the kind of creative energy that comes from simply showing up day after day.

Where last week was about structure and outreach, this one leaned into curiosity.

New ideas surfaced, existing ones deepened, and a surprising amount of work happened in those quiet evening hours.

It was one of those weeks that reminded me how building consistently, even in small pieces slowly forms a rhythm. And once the rhythm sets in, everything feels lighter.

    This week’s logs

Nov 09 — Experimenting with a new idea: Kit of Happiness
    #kitofhappiness
Played with the early concept of Kit of Happiness, inspired by my lifelong love for kits, crafts, and themed play. Originally imagined as a physical product, now starting as digital printable sets, a creative break with room to grow.

Nov 10 — Writing about products that bring soul back to the internet
    #oneweek-dev
Published a new Get Inspired article highlighting five digital products that remind me why the internet can still feel human, warm, and creative.

Nov 11 — Is AI really coming for our jobs?
    #oneweek-dev
A long-form reflection on AI, the future of work, and how we can adapt not by resisting, but by co-creating with these tools. One of the longer and more personal essays this week.

Nov 12 — Understanding our audience through a new analytics dashboard
    #temettu
Built a small internal dashboard to understand Temettü’s anonymous user base better: age range, interests, occupations, and notification preferences. The data offered surprisingly clear insights for future partnerships.

Nov 13 — Designing our first custom partnership pitch deck
    #temettu
Prepared a detailed partnership pitch for a potential collaborator, tailored insights, user breakdowns, and ideas that feel aligned with both sides. Custom touches often make the difference, and this one felt right.

Nov 14 — 20 days of showing up & indexing logs on Google
    #oneweek-dev
Hit the 20–day streak mark. Added simple pagination, updated the sitemap, and used a small indexing script to push new logs to Google instantly. A small but meaningful “system upgrade” for the site.

Nov 15 — Designing the first digital printable product: Space Explorer Kit
    #kitofhappiness
The first official design day for Kit of Happiness: cover art, badges (“Space Explorer”, “Space Commander”), and the first seven pages of the kit. A refreshing shift into playful design again.

Another week of tiny steps, gentle progress, and showing up even on days with low energy or limited time.

Week 03 reminded me that creative momentum doesn’t come from speed, but from returning to the work with curiosity.

See you next Sunday for Week 04.
