Week 02: Small Systems, Honest Growth
Welcome to Week 02 of the oneweek.dev Weekly Summary, a quiet but steady week of refining systems, improving small details, and setting the tone for sustainable progress.
If last week was about starting, this one was about building rhythm. Finding ways to keep ideas alive through better structure, thoughtful outreach, and genuine community building.
Across projects, the focus naturally shifted from creating new things to making what exists stronger this week.
From the Noe's finance dashboard and playbook to Temettü’s growing community, the week felt like a reminder that every step even the silent, background ones is part of the long game.
This week’s logs
Nov 02 — Monthly accounting and the new finance dashboard
#noecrafts
Wrapped up the month with a full financial overview and a more configurable admin dashboard. Seeing all project data in one place offered perspective where we invest, and where we need to adjust.
Nov 03 — Creating the first draft of the Noe Playbook
#noecrafts
Started writing the internal playbook documenting how we manage multiple projects and responsibilities across the studio. A first step toward turning intuition into process.

Nov 04 — Making the logs a little more alive
#oneweek-dev
Added small visual touches to daily logs, introducing icons and better categorization. A fun, lightweight improvement that made writing and browsing them feel more joyful.
Nov 05 — Rest, recovery, and finishing 3 blog drafts
#oneweek-dev
A needed rest day turned into creative energy finishing three long-form essays: The maker mindset, Finding motivation, and How i built a language learning prototype with AI in one week.
Nov 06 — Publishing the advertise page on our finance app
#temettu
Launched the new advertise section to open doors for partnerships and sponsorships. The first step toward making the project financially sustainable while keeping it user-first.

Nov 07 — Adding app store data and platform breakdown
#temettu
Expanded the advertise page to include app store metrics and platform shares. iOS leads slightly, Android follows closely, and web is still young but growing. These numbers reflect years of steady organic traction, now slowly transitioning into structured marketing.
Nov 08 — Bringing ambassador program for genuine growth
#temettu
A new idea born from real user feedback — the Temettü Ambassador Program. It wasn’t planned, but came naturally from genuine interactions with long-time users who’ve helped shape the product from the start. A quiet but meaningful step forward in community building.

Here’s to another week of showing up, learning, and creating one log at a time.
See you next Sunday for Week 03. ✨
